The newly established branch required structured executive support, coordination and governance processes to manage meetings, mailbox activities, reporting obligations, stakeholder communication and administrative tasking across multiple teams and executive environments.
The solution
P3People implemented governance processes and administrative coordination practices to support the Branch Head and wider branch operations. The engagement included management of executive calendars and mailboxes, coordination of meetings and reporting activities, establishment of tasking registers, records management, onboarding and offboarding coordination, travel arrangements and support for weekly and monthly dashboard reporting.
