The engagement required supporting six concurrent cybersecurity projects with differing priorities, stakeholders, contractual obligations and resource demands. Maintaining governance, financial oversight and resource allocation across the portfolio was critical while ensuring project information remained accurate and accessible across multiple delivery platforms. Additional complexity arose from project re-baselining activities that required detailed contract reviews, expenditure analysis, audit support and stakeholder coordination to ensure delivery remained aligned with business objectives.

The engagement included administration of the Avaza project management platform to improve workforce visibility, resource planning and timesheet reporting. Financial management processes were strengthened through expenditure tracking, contractor utilisation analysis and invoice reconciliation. Governance documentation was reviewed and maintained across Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Teams, while contract reviews and audit activities provided the evidence and reporting required to support project re-baselining and informed decision-making.
