Managing Director
Josyph is an experienced Project, Program and Organisational Change Manager with over 15 years of experience delivering complex ICT, transition and transformation initiatives across government and enterprise environments. He has led large-scale digital workspace programs, organisational change initiatives and service improvement projects, supporting agencies through high-exposure and business-critical delivery environments. His background includes program leadership, stakeholder engagement, governance, PMO oversight and transformation strategy, with a strong focus on implementation capability, operational outcomes and sustainable change adoption across complex organisations.

Consultant Director
Maria is an experienced project and information management professional with extensive experience supporting complex government, ICT and transformation environments. Her background spans project coordination, PMO support, change management, stakeholder engagement and executive support across Defence, Border Force and other federal agencies. She brings strong expertise in governance, project delivery processes, SharePoint and agile methodologies, with a proven ability to support high-performing teams and deliver outcomes in fast-paced and high-exposure environments.
