The challenge
The agency was undertaking a major ICT infrastructure transition that formed part of a broader digital business transformation. The program required coordination across multiple initiatives, workstreams and organisational change activities while supporting business areas and a national user base of more than 10,000 people.
The solution
P3People provided senior ICT program management capability to lead planning, governance and delivery coordination across the transformation. The work included developing a multi-tranche roadmap, establishing delivery streams, supporting cloud migration activities, coordinating stakeholder engagement and preparing key change management artefacts such as impact assessments, communication plans and training strategies.
The result
